Sport in Mind is the UK’s leading mental health sports charity that delivers weekly physical activity projects in partnership with the NHS in order to aid recovery, promote mental well-being, improve physical health, combat social isolation and empower people to move their lives forward in a positive direction.
Badminton/Table Tennis (Mondays, 1:30 to 2:30 pm at Farnham Leisure Centre)
To get involved with our sessions, you need to be 17 or older and experiencing a mental health problem (no matter how big or small). You can be referred, self-referred and even self-diagnosed. You can also be a carer whether you have a mental health problem or not. All sessions are free and are open to any abilities or experience. We even provide all the equipment, though you can bring your own if you want!
