The merger of River Wey and Ferns Medical Practices to become one single practice known as Farnham Park Health Group.
We have been working extremely closely for a long time and during recent months and the challenging circumstances with COVID we have done so even more. The timing is right for both practices to continue a natural progression and secure our future as one practice.
Our collective aim is to ensure the continued high standard of delivery and care to our patients and recognise and value our staff who work with us to do this.
During this transitionary period we will be working closely with the staff and patients.
Over the next few months we will be encouraging you to get involved in helping plan these changes to help us ensure they best reflect local needs. We will continue to keep you updated with developments and working with our Patient Participation Groups.
From 1st April, our name will change to Farnham Park Health Group. We will continue to work from the same two sites in Farnham Centre for Health with our joint team. Your registration will not be affected and you will be able to see the most appropriate member of our clinical team.
