In line with national guidance, we are prioritising patients to receive the vaccine, so our teams are contacting those of you in that age group to invite you to make appointments. You can find out more about COVID-19 vaccination here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/coronavirus-vaccine/
The vaccination process will be a lengthy one and it will take some time before we reach all of our registered patients.
When it is the right time you will receive an invitation to come forward. For most people this will be direct contact from your GP practice or a letter with details of the national booking system; this will include all the information you need, including your NHS number.

Vaccination Centres are large scale venues set up for high volumes of people to get vaccinated. Over the next few weeks, the NHS will begin vaccinations at vaccination centres in the local area.
You may receive a letter for a vaccination centre and a separate invitation from your local GP practice. Please make sure you only book one appointment. If you change your mind, please ensure you cancel the appointment you are not going to attend, to avoid vaccine wastage and ensure we can reach as many as we can as quickly as possible.
