Patients' are more than an NHS number here at Dr O'Donnell & Partners', they are the very heart of all that we do.  The accompanying pages contain an array of useful patient information, whether its to do with our Patients Participation Group, the NHS Patient Choice agenda, the PCTs Expert Patients Programme, patient confidentiality or instant access to our most up to date newsletter, Primary Health.  We offer interactivity enabling patients to put forward suggestions or criticisms on-line, we have masses of page related links for those who want more in depth information (...as well as a page just full of links arranged alphabetically for those who want to cut to the chase!).

Another first for Farnham and for the O'Donnell Practice is a number of new on-line, moderated discussion forums that we have set-up:

• A virtual Patient Participation Group discussions (registered patient users)
• A Carers Forum  (registered patient users)
• Expert Patients Forum for any user, whether a patient at Dr O'Donnell or not.
