Suffering from information overload?  Well our new Information section has been broken down into a series of digestible pages so that you can quickly find what you want rather than wading through a single web page that that runs to 10 sheets of A4 on your printer.  This section allows us to expand upon the information outlined in our Practice leaflet and to provide additional resources for patients who may want to know more. 

You will find information on Out of Hours and pharmacy services, surgery and clinic times, how to access your test results, the various on-line services we offer as well as details about our facilities for those patients with disabilities.  You can also download documents from our library section and obtain self-help advice.

We have also added a number of patient forums so that patients can exchange and share views on self-help, carer and patient participation issues.

We shall be adding new pages from time to time so please do check for new items and updates from time to time.
