The Practice tries to keep patients fully informed about what's going on both in the surgery and the wider community.  The pressure on us to display posters and other literature in our waiting room is so great that if we were to put everything up, there would be little room for patients!  Instead, we use a continuous display screen in the waiting room to provide up to the minute information on health promotion, Practice services, up and coming events, meetings and a whole range of other topics that we think will be of interest to patients. 

We also produce a seasonal newsletter Primary Health which provides behind the scenes news and comment about topical issues of interest to patients.  We also use this to inform patients about survey results and how the Practice is performing against national targets and indicators.  These may also be viewed in our Library section >> or you can view the current newsletter by visiting the Primary Health Newsletter page.

The Practice has a range of leaflets on the most common diseases to help patients better understand their condition.  These too are also available from the Library section which can be accessed using the link below.

All Practice publications are available for download from this site or can be ordered on CD or DVD-ROM for patients who have a visual impairment.
